Let's get to know each other.

I'm Diana, and I'm glad you're here.

Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and you don't have to wait until life feels overwhelming to take that first step. In fact, many of the people I work with aren't in crisis. They're simply tired of having the same arguments, feeling disconnected from the people they love, or trying to carry life's challenges on their own.

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

I believe people are incredibly resilient. Sometimes we just need a safe place to slow down, understand what's happening, and learn healthier ways of relating to ourselves and the people we care about. The good news is that healthier patterns can be learned.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I help couples and families break out of painful patterns, improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationships. Whether you're navigating conflict, parenting challenges, family stress, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you find a different way forward.

One of the things I love most about Marriage and Family Therapy is that it looks beyond the surface problem. Rather than asking, "Who's to blame?" we explore the patterns and interactions that may be keeping you stuck. When those patterns begin to change, relationships can begin to change too.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. As a Gottman Level 2-trained therapist, I draw from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). My goal isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you better understand yourself and your relationships while developing the tools and confidence to create lasting change.

I offer in-person appointments on Saturdays in Mobile, Alabama, and telehealth sessions throughout Alabama during the week. My current self-pay rates are $60 for individual sessions and $80 for couples sessions.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern practicing under the supervision of Dr. AnnaLynn Schooley, PhD, AAMFT, LMFT (Florida License # LT 1519).

Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you're looking for a supportive place to improve communication, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful change, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
