I'm Diana, and I'm glad you're here.
I believe you don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. In fact, many of the people I work with aren't. They're simply tired of having the same arguments, feeling disconnected from the people they love, or struggling to navigate life's challenges on their own. They know something needs to change, and they're ready to take the first step.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I work with couples and families who want healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger connections. Whether you're navigating conflict, parenting challenges, family stress, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that aren't working anymore, therapy can help you find a different way forward.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help clients better understand themselves, improve communication, and create lasting change. My goal isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you gain the tools, insight, and confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for you and your relationships.
I offer in-person appointments on Saturdays in Mobile, Alabama, and telehealth sessions throughout Alabama during the week. My current self-pay rates are $80 for individual sessions and $100 for couples sessions.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern practicing under the supervision of Dr. AnnaLynn Schooley, PhD, AAMFT, LMFT (Florida License # LT 1519).
Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you don't have to figure everything out before reaching out. If you're looking for a supportive space to work through challenges, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful change, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
